  OPOSSITION EFFORTS AT COMMISSION ON APPOINTMENTS (CA)


      On The year 2002 Linis Gobyerno was among those who spearheaded the opposition at the Commission on Appointments (Philippine Senate) against Pantaleon Alvarez the then acting Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) Secretary and Heherson Alvarez the then acting Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Secretary. Linis Gobyerno will never hesitate to make it’s voice heard and if need be will go through the relentless rigors of opposing (lobbying) of undeserving corrupt appointees of the President to key and senior cabinet positions.
