LG –vs- Atty. Rocky Thomas Balisong (now Baguio City Councilor) , filed at the Commission On Bar Discipline of The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) for violation of the Lawyers Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards filed on the year 2000 at  the Commission on Bar Discipline. Atty. Balisong was  meted a penalty barring him from  being a notary public for two (2) years.
