OMB-1-01-0638-G ,, for violation of RA 3019 and OMB-ADM-1-01-0340-G (for conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service). This complaints stemmed from the respondents all jointly and collectively awarded purchase of computers and accessories on  bidding full of  irregularities and violation on the bidding procedures, in fact the successful bidder was not even in  the business of supplying computers and it’s accessories.. This also involves the awarding of the renewal of contract for the security agency that did not undergo the required bidding .
